EMS Continuing Education will be kept in an archive for ongoing use.  If you missed a topic when it was assigned you can find it here and complete it.  Complete the associated test and an EMS Course Evaluation Form and you will receive a certificate.  We will try to provide a topic/presentation every month or two to supplement what we receive from Lake Health.  Also, EMS Instructors who complete classes at the station level can utilize these evaluations.  Please submit the EMS Con-Ed Attendance linked below for classes you complete with a certified EMS or EMS Continuing Education Instructor.  You will receive a Mentor Fire Department Continuing Education Certificate when everything is submitted appropriately.
